John Allin, Chairman of  Nottinghamshire County Council and Councillor Richard Butler invited the School Council to join them for lunch and to hold a meeting in the very grand Nottinghamshire Council Chamber. Maddie, Chair of the School Council, learnt the skills of chairing from the best possible tutor!   A lovely lunch was hosted by the Chairman in the Civic Suite, where pupils had the chance to sign the visitor’s book and see the signatures of Her Majesty the Queen and the Dalai Lama, following their visits to Nottingham.
